No. You can just checkout using the guest option; however, we strongly encourage to create an account. The process is very easy and you only need your name and email address (Become a user). This will give you the ability to track your orders, get notified when items become available, earn point (which you can use to buy products or enter into draws), with the added bonus of referring friends and earning credit.

Sending money using e-transfer is very easy:

  • You need to login to your bank/financial institution and then send money using an email address that was provided to you after you place your order.

Steps:

  2. Look for “Interac e-transfer”, or “e-transfer”, or something similar based your bank and create a transfer using the details provided to you.
  3. Some banks will require you to create a recipient, or profile for the person receiving money. If that is the case, you can use any name you wish, this is for your reference only. Please avoid using the name “Koya” or “KoyaShrooms”, or “Mushrooms” for this.
  4. Chose the recipient, add the correct order amount, set the security question and answer based on the instructions provided after checkout.

  • There are a number of ways to buy Bitcoin, please note that we are in no way affiliated with any website regarding the purchase of Bitcoins, this is just simply a guide.

All orders are vacuum sealed, wrapped in heat wrap bag for extra protection and is then placed inside a discrete package without any indication of the contents of the package. We also do not label Koya shrooms, mushrooms, or anything related on the package.

Yes. If your package does not fit in your mailbox, you will need to pick up your package from Canada Post using your government issued ID. If you do decide not to use your real name for shipping, you will not be able to pick up your package from their office. Please note that if you do use a different name for shipping, make sure that the size of your order will fit in your mailbox, and if it doesn’t, then you might lose your order.
